Damion is a husband, father, pastor, speaker, coach, and artist. He is passionate about reaching the ONE through communicating God's word with boldness, authenticity and creativity. Damion is the Co-Founder and President of the Collektive Company. He also serves as an artist and member of a music group called "I AM COLLEKTIVE" with the goal of bringing a captivating show for people to encounter God and to reach the ONE.

He serves on staff for Character that Counts, Lees Summit, MO since July 1st 2021. Damion is a former Youth Pastor at GracePointe Community Church in Lee's Summit where he served for four years. He trained and equipped teenagers to live transformed lives, to go and impact their world in a life changing way.

Damion is blessed with his wife Krista. They are proud parents of three beautiful children, Briella, Malia and Creed.
