At Collektive Co, mentorship is more than guidance, it is a meaningful investment in the future of young people. By fostering authentic relationships and intentional one-on-one connections, we help youth build confidence, discover purpose, and step boldly into who they were created to be. We are committed to creating spaces where every young person feels supported, empowered, and equipped to lead with courage and live out their fullest potential.
GETAWAY PARTY //
Getaway Party is a high-energy student experience designed to help schools create an engaging, positive, and memorable environment for their students. Complete with live DJs, games, food, drinks, giveaways, and interactive entertainment, Getaway Party is perfect for school events, celebrations, and senior decision days.
As students navigate increasing pressures from academics, extracurricular activities, and everyday life, Getaway Party provides schools with an opportunity to give students a safe space to connect, unwind, and enjoy meaningful community together. Our goal is to help schools create experiences students will remember while fostering a culture of connection, encouragement, and fun.
CATALYST //
Catalyst is a structured leadership and personal development curriculum designed to help students, staff, and individuals grow into their full potential. Through intentional lessons, guided discussions, and practical development tools, individuals are equipped with the mindset, character, and leadership skills needed to grow both personally and professionally.
At Collektive Co, we believe authentic life change happens through consistent investment and intentional development. Catalyst provides a clear and transformative framework that empowers individuals to step confidently into the leaders they were created to become.
Impact Speaking //
Damion Cooper is the CEO of Collektive Co, he leads a movement creating spaces and places where students experience life change through mentorship, community, and joy-filled events. His ministry has impacted thousands through speaking engagements at schools, camps, churches, colleges, and professional sports teams nationwide. Whether it is motivational speaking or church events, Damion loves to serve! Damion also serves as chaplain and character coach for local sports teams. Above all, he treasures life with his wife Krista and their four children; Briella, Malia, Creed, and Skyla. As he continues to inspire and equip others with the hope of Jesus.
THE WELL //
The Well is a weekly space for students to gather every Friday morning before school for breakfast, Bible study, and prayer. Together, we start the day grounded in faith, community, and the truth of God’s Word. Through meaningful conversations and intentional time together, students are encouraged to grow spiritually, build authentic relationships, and be empowered in their everyday lives. Free breakfast is provided for all students and leaders.

Collektive Co presents Collektive Nights: a monthly gathering designed to bring students together through community, connection, and fun. Each month, students gather at a new location to enjoy food, games, meaningful conversations, and memorable experiences while building authentic friendships and a sense of belonging.

Unite the Summit
Unite The Summit is an annual community-wide day of service dedicated to strengthening Lee’s Summit through meaningful outreach, service projects, and community engagement. Students, families, and local partners come together to create lasting impact and invest in the well-being of the city. The event concludes with a city-wide Rally Party celebrating the collective efforts and impact made throughout the community. Each year, Unite The Summit continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact across Lee’s Summit.
